1. Return Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

3. Return Process

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• If an item is returned used or damaged (not due to our error), we reserve the right to decline the refund.

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
