Yes, we deliver all across Pakistan. Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days.
3. What are your delivery charges?
- Free delivery on orders above PKR 5,000.
- A small delivery fee applies to orders below this amount (displayed at checkout).
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you can return items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Please note: Earrings, sale, and clearance items are non-returnable due to hygiene and policy reasons.
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges — you’ll need to place a new order.
5. How do I request a refund?
