Q1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan — from Karachi to Gilgit, Lahore to Quetta. You pay when you receive your order. No advance payment required. Simply place your order and pay our courier when your parcel arrives at your door. ✅

Q3. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple! Browse our jewellery collections, click on any product you like, select your variant, and click "Add to Cart". Then proceed to checkout, enter your delivery address, and choose Cash on Delivery. Done! You'll receive an order confirmation shortly. 🎉
Q4. Can I order via WhatsApp?
Yes! You can also place orders directly via WhatsApp. Just send us a message on 0336-9527603 with the product name and your delivery address and we'll arrange everything for you.
Q5. Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order requirement — you can order even a single item! However, we offer free delivery on orders above Rs. 1,500. Orders below this amount have a small delivery charge shown at checkout.
Q6. Which cities do you deliver to?
We deliver all over Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Abbottabad, Gilgit and all other cities and towns across the country. 🇵🇰
Q7. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your city:
📍 Islamabad/Rawalpindi: 2–3 days
📍 Lahore/Karachi: 3–5 days
📍 Other cities: 5–7 days
Q8. What are the delivery charges?
Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 1,500. For orders below Rs. 1,500, a standard courier charge applies and will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
Q9. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can track your order on our Order Tracking page or contact us directly on WhatsApp for updates.
Q10. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp or email contact@airosoeva.com.

Q11. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We sincerely apologize if this happens! Please take a photo of the item and send it to us on WhatsApp: 0336-9527603 within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority. ❤️
Q12. How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original order.
