• We currently deliver across Pakistan.
• If your location is outside our delivery network, we will notify you before processing your order.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard delivery time: 3 – 7 working days.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Charges

• Standard delivery is free on orders above PKR 5,000.
• For orders below this amount, a delivery fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are confirmed via email or WhatsApp once payment is completed.
• You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

5. Delays

• While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (such as courier delays, strikes, or natural events) may occasionally cause delays.
